Wake Up!

World-class willpower is not an inborn strength, it is the skill that is developed due to relentless practice. Waking up at dawn is the perfect self-control training.

The previous night, I chose my alarm clock instead of the mobile. The clock struck 5 am, I smiled thinking,” thank god, I am alive today”. I opened my main door to see my plants and wah, they looked pretty. I dressed up to teach yoga in a stunning space. I boarded the Auto Rickshaw, the sun rose, and cold air touched my face, I decided to grab my gratitude journal.

Though the letters were crooked, trust me it was the road condition that made my English look like Mandarin, the gratefulness vibe was different. I stepped into the terrace-turned stunning yoga studio. The Windchime, Bougainvillea, dancing lemongrass, the potted Mango tree, tiny fishes, and water lily welcomed me with fresh oxygen. As I entered the Aroma of essential oil propagated to my cells and uttered ” Life is imperfectly perfect”. The students slowly entered the studio. When I see them, I can smell the common quality that was running in the veins of kings and queens in front of me. They all can control and conquer their senses and build an empire because they were early birds who decided to spend their first hour on the mat!
